Noire Luxury – Return & Exchange Policy

At Noire Luxury, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories included.

  • Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Noire Luxury is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
